I used this with a Thule Wing Bar Edge - 721400. The kit is good for the following cars: Lexus LX-Series, 5-Dr SUV, 16-21. This was used on 2021 Lexus RX350 with flushed rails. I had it on the car for 6 months but ended up getting another car, so needed to change adapter.
